"I had asked representative to work with me on picking a chain that would match a mezusah around my neck - I advised of my height & other info as well as on record the mezuzah I had purchased from you - the chain i was sold looks like it would be for child - very disappointing & I did not see a means to return this chain which does not fit with an adult male"
